Back in his childhood, books used to be little Evgeny’s sole entertainment – and he’s read more of them than he’d like to admit. Each story became a portal to a new universe - until he started to cherish the dream of creating his own worlds, gifting them to those willing to read about them.

Still, the dream soon had to give way to more mundane things like getting a degree and paying the mortgage.

But once Evgeny had completed his programming studies, he swore he’d never work in IT again. Instead, he focused on his career as a writer. So now he writes fairy tales for grown-up kids, making sure all his stories end well – because our lives abound with enough drama and hardships as it is.

A half-Korean living in the heart of Europe, he considers himself a bridge between the two cultures. He’s also married to the most amazing girl in the world, which he considers his biggest accomplishment.
